This policy applies to the internal backup tool "IAS backup" and the domain linkflareai.com, operated by INSO Glass & Window Inc., Toronto, Ontario, Canada ("we").

What the tool does

"IAS backup" is a private tool that signs in to our own Google account to copy our own company files (encrypted backup archives) to our own Google Drive. It is used only by the company's administrator. It is not offered to the public or to other users.

Data we access

The tool accesses only the Google Drive of the company account that authorized it, and only to upload, list and delete the company's own backup files. It does not read, collect or share any other person's data.

Use and sharing

Backup files are encrypted before upload. We do not sell data, do not share it with third parties, and do not use it for advertising. Google user data is not transferred to anyone outside the company.

Storage and retention

Backup archives are kept in the company's Google Drive for a limited period and then deleted automatically. Access tokens are stored only on company-controlled computers.
